The Milwaukee Trail makes it very easy to walk or bike to the river and downtown. This home is fully equipped to ensure you have a very comfortable stay during your time in Missoula.

MODERN FARMHOUSE
The Modern Farmhouse - Construction was completed in April of 2019. It is situated right in the heart of Missoula's Riverfront neighborhood. This location puts you in the center of all that the Garden City has to offer. The house is 1 mile to downtown, Cara's Park and The University. Osprey Stadium is a very short walk or bike ride on our trail system. You can walk to any of these places and more on our trail system. Maximum 8 Guests.
THE GARDEN COTTAGE
The Garden Cottage - You'll love the open concept living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings in this modern industrial farmhouse designed vacation home. Some of the amenities include high-speed WiFi, cable TV, 2019 LG 4K Smart TV with Klipsch Bluetooth sound bar and heated tile in the bathroom. The Garden Cottage is situated above the Modern Farmhouse garage. No shared walls. The garage is only used for storage by the owners of Vacation Homes of Missoula for the mountain bikes, town bikes, paddle boards, river tubes, fly rods and other outdoor gear that is available to rent by our guests. Maximum 4 Guests.
